On a day-to-day basis, you’re going to be coding, participating in product discussions, answering support requests, and interacting with customers. You’ll be contributing to the future of an exciting startup.
We need you to help support those customers, understand them and write code or fix issues to make our product better. Don’t worry, you’ll have guidance from an experienced colleagues
The job is not just about support – we need you to help shape and develop our back-office platform.
Our stack: Node, Express, Pug, Mongoose, and MongoDB.
You don’t have to be a code-Guru but you do have to be willing to learn and be adaptable. All we ask is that you’re committed, professional, and ready to jump in.
You’ll need to have good customer-facing skills, the ability to think on your feet and have faith in your technical ability.
You are going to be working from home up to 90% of the time, but we do promise to buy burgers and beer (or vegan and sparkling water) on a regular basis so that you know you’re part of a team. We’re based in Cardiff, UK. So provided you’re within a 1-hour commute that should work.
Salary: £22K, 1 year fixed term, with the possibility to extend.
