We’ve added yet another printer deployment option to directprint.io: Individual printer lists. This new feature allows administrators to allocate printers to individual users.
Super-useful if you have different users within a Google Org Unit with different printing needs.
Alternatively, you can restrict/remove printer lists for a user – to suspend printing privileges for example.
directprint.io now supports a huge range of printer allocation modes: by group, by device OU, user OU, QuickCode, or individual user.
As directprint.io is a Software-as-a-Service platform, subscribers already has access to this new feature!
